Gross Motor Skills
These products are designed to get kids healthy and active, developing critical gross motor skills. Developed skills are critical for preschool children to perform every day functions, such as walking and running, playground skills (e.g. climbing) and sporting skills (e.g. catching, throwing and hitting a ball with a bat).
This involves the strengthening the large muscles in the arms, legs and torso. There are lots of different components, including Balance, Muscle strength, Coordination, Muscle endurance, Motor planning, Body awareness, Weight shifting.

Riding a scooter – helps kids work on coordination, endurance, and overall strength. The more endurance activities children engage in, the more energy they will have for other actives.
Playing throwing games such at balls or darts.
Playing games that focus on body awareness, dexterity and movement.
