All products displayed on this site are subject to availability. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in South African Rands including VAT but excluding packaging and delivery. SugarDots reserve the right without prior notice to discontinue or change prices or specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Orders placed on our website are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Payment can be made by EFT, Credit Card and Debit Card. VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Payment by Snapscan and Zapper are also available.
EFT payments will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared in our bank account.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Linbro Park, Johannesburg. Free collections are available.
Delivery times vary based on location, estimated delivery times (business days) after day of dispatch are 1-2 days for Johannesburg and Pretoria and 2-3 days for all other major cities. For outlying areas, allow 4-7 days for delivery.
We deliver using a 3rd party courier from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. till 5p.m. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays unless by prior arrangement.
On delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, you will receive a SugarDots Tax Invoice showing the items delivered, the delivery fees and the total amount paid.
For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will retain the products and attempt to deliver at a later date. Our representative will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.
SugarDots liability for failing to deliver the Products on the day indicated by you or at all, is limited to the Products being delivered at a later agreed time at no additional charge. You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name to confirm receipt of the delivery.
SugarDots has outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its owner, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
We want you to love your order from SugarDots. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit note of the purchase price. There are no cash refunds.

A refund or credit note will be issued or items will be exchanged providing that the product is un-used; un-opened; is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Goods returned to SugarDots are at your own expense.
Unfortunately, delivery and package costs are non-refundable, and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us or are damaged in transit.
We work hard to maintain very high quality standards for all our SugarDots products. However in the event if you do receive a faulty or damaged product we will replace or give you a refund (including the original delivery charge if applicable). Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will confirm when your return or exchange has been received and will be processed within 5 working days.
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting us at info@sugardots.co.za or 010 020 2038. Orders can only be cancelled or amended before they are shipped.
Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery at the delivery address or to the person accepting delivery on your behalf, if for instance you should not be available to take delivery at the delivery address. Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership in the products shall remain with SugarDots and such products shall be returned and/or surrendered to SugarDots following receipt of a default notice from SugarDots.
SugarDots retains all copyright in all material, including logos and other graphics, which form part of the site. All data and information communicated to or from the site and/or any site information and database remain and shall be the sole property of SugarDots and our partners.
SugarDots grants you permission to view, electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of the site for the sole purpose of browsing the site and placing an order with SugarDots, for your personal use only.
Any other use of materials on the site, including a reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution or reproduction, without the prior written consent of SugarDots and the lawful trademark and/or copyright owner (if applicable) is strictly prohibited and constitutes an unlawful infringement of the intellectual property rights of SugarDots and/or such trademark and/or copyright owner.
